At NS Sonic, we value our clients and aim to provide the best possible service. However, since our services are digital and creative in nature, certain conditions apply to refunds.
1. No Refund After Final Delivery
Once the final deliverables (designs, strategies, content, etc.) have been submitted and approved, no refund will be issued. Clients are encouraged to review work thoroughly before approval.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Payment made by mistake (duplicate transaction, wrong amount, etc.)
- Project is cancelled before any significant work has started
- NS Sonic is unable to deliver the service as agreed (due to unforeseen issues)
3. Partial Refunds
If a project is cancelled after partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be offered based on the work delivered and time invested. This is calculated fairly and transparently.
4. Custom & Digital Services
Since all our services are customized for each client, we do not offer “change of mind” refunds. Clients are encouraged to clarify doubts and expectations before project confirmation.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contactnssonic@gmail.com with your full name, project name, date of payment, and reason for the refund. We’ll respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days.
7. Disputes
If there's a payment-related dispute, we recommend reaching out directly to us before escalating. We believe in resolving things professionally.
