1. Services

NS Sonic provides creative services including social media management, branding, marketing, graphic design, and freelance support. All services are tailored to the needs of each client and are subject to prior agreement and availability.

2. Payments

All payments must be made as per the agreed terms before or upon project delivery. Work begins only after advance payment (if applicable) is received. No refunds are provided for completed work unless agreed upon in writing.

3. Project Timelines

Timelines are estimated based on project scope and client responsiveness. Delays due to late feedback, content, or approvals from the client side are not the responsibility of NS Sonic.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, NS Sonic retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio. Final deliverables, upon full payment, are the property of the client. Use of work prior to full payment is not permitted.

5. Revisions & Feedback

Each project includes a fixed number of revision rounds as mentioned in the agreement. Extra revisions beyond the scope may incur additional charges.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without consent, except where legally required.

7. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. In case of cancellation, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

8. Limitation of Liability

NS Sonic is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. We do not guarantee specific business results from design or marketing efforts.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice. Clients are advised to review this page regularly for updates.
